Purina Pro Plan Grant ProgramPurina discontinued its Parent Club Partnership Program (PPCP) on December 31, 2025. The PPCP previously distributed funds to participating national parent clubs based on Purina Pro Club member activity. It has been replaced by the Purina Pro Plan Grant Program. Under the new program, funding is not distributed automatically. Eligible national breed clubs may submit one grant request each year, and awards are made at Purina’s discretion. Applying does not guarantee that a grant will be awarded. About the Grant ProgramThe Pro Plan Grant Program is intended to support projects that promote the health, welfare, preservation and future of purebred dogs. National breed clubs may request a grant of up to $5,000 for qualifying work, including:
EligibilityThe program is open to national breed clubs affiliated with the American Kennel Club. The National Shiba Club of America is therefore eligible to apply. An organization may submit one request per year, and approved funds must be used as described in the application. Follow-up reporting may be required. Annual Application Schedule
