Trophy Sponsorship

This year the NSCA will be holding two parent club specialties on either side of the National Specialty. Please support your Club by sponsoring a trophy or donating to the General Trophy Fund. For every $25.00 donated, your name will go into a drawing for a prize. We can’t do it without your generous donations which sponsor the trophies and rosettes for our shows.

Contact Laura Payton at (270) 866-9275 or Fanfair@aol.com to make a pledge and reserve your class or award. To see what sponsorships are available see the 2009 Trophy Sponsorship page

State & Member Club Basket Challenge

Come one, come all. Our 2008 challenge was a great success with spirited bidding on myriad creative baskets donated by NSCA member clubs and groups of members. For 2009, Heart of Dixie is setting the bar high with promise of a spectacular “Parrot Head” basket.

Need some ideas? You Yankees can come down south with a lobster trap filled with Shiba and people things. Our Northwest folks might want to think about filling a nice apple basket. Dog beds, crates, storage bins, totes or just about anything else can make a good container.

WHAT DO YOU PUT IN IT?

STUFF made in, or typical of, your state or region (or country), SUCH AS:

  • Edibles and Drinkables for people: wines; maple syrup from the northeast, salsas from the
southwest, nuts from everywhere, soaps and other scented items representing the fragrances of your region
  • Dog TOYS, grooming items, collars and leads, TOYS, beds and bowls, TOYS.
  • Craft items and other products made by you, or manufactured in your state.

Do you accept the basket challenge? If so, please contact Laura Payton
